Yogaways Terrigal Beach Yoga School offers set six week courses for all levels and general casual classes in the Hatha and Ashtanga styles of Yoga.
The schools Terrigal Beach Studio is spacious, air-conditioned, carpeted and fully equipped. A sanctury for self-exploration and growth through Yoga where you can balance, re-energise and revitalise your body, mind and spirit.
Yogaways is situated in the heart of Terrigal - the Central Coast’s favourite beach-side suburb. Surrounded by cafes and boutiques, the school is only minutes from the beach and the free public parking in Wilson Street.
Yogaways is the creative vision of Owner/Head Teacher Mardi Bell. Mardi has been teaching on the Central Coast and Internationally for 16 years and established Yogaways in 2000.
Yogaways also offers Corporate sessions, Workshops, Retreats and One to one private sessions. Special Pre Natal , Post-Natal and Kids Yoga courses. Please refer to the Timetable page for course times or the Events page for Special events.
