Asanas, the physical science of Yoga align and strengthen your posture, increasing your flexibility, strength and stamina. Purifying your internal organs and your nervous system.
Pranayama (breath control and expansion) expands your vitality, exercises your lungs and diaphragm. Promoting a calm and focused mind.
Nidra (guided relaxation) relaxes your whole physical body. Restoring your nervous system, resting your internal glands and organs, relaxing your muscles, tendons and ligaments. Creating physical and mental well-being.
