2010 COURSES INFO:

BEGINNERS HATHA - Course: ( A  general style) Introduction to Hatha Yoga for beginners. No experience necessary. The course introduces you to the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga. Asana (postures), Pranayama (correct breathing), and Nidra (relaxation).

PROGRESSIVE HATHA - Course: Follows on after the Intro course. A set course which will develop and deepen your understanding of the fundamentals presented in the Intro course and introducing inversions, back bending and Pranayama techniques. Casual students with experience are welcome.

GENERAL HATHA - Class: A general level drop in casual Hatha style class.  No experience is necessary.  Includes Asanas (postures), Pranayama, ( breathing)  and Nidra, (relaxation).  Casuals are welcome.

BEGINNERS ASHTANGA - Course: ( A  flowing style) This style of Yoga is taught as a set sequence of Asanas (postures) synchronising the movement of the body with the breath. The Asanas are designed in a specific order to open, align and detoxify the body and nervous system. Developing greater physical strength, flexibility and mental clarity. Expect to get hot and sweaty. Please bring a towel.

PROGRESSIVE ASHTANGA - Course: Follows on from Intro. Building on the foundations of the beginners course. Building onto the beginners sequence. Introducing more dynamic postures. The beginners course is a pre-requite to this class. Casual students with experience are welcome.

FULL LED PRIMARY SERIES: The full Primary Series . A  guided class moving through the entire Primary sequence, including the finishing sequence (Inversions). Experience is essential. Casual students with experience are welcome.

PRE-NATAL YOGA - Course: Pre-Natal yoga is a powerful tool that develops a deep connection with your body and unborn baby during your pregnancy and birth. The classes are an opportunity to connect with other new mums and empower yourself  towards an instinctive approach to your pregnancy and birth.

POST-NATAL YOGA - Class: Post Natal yoga practices can assist you in Re-aligning, toning and strengthening after your birthing experience.  New Mums/Dads and Bubs (up to crawling) practice together in a fun non competitive and nurturing environment.  Followed by morning tea.

SHANTI YOGA - Class: A slow and gentle practice of stretches to stimulate your circulation and Nidra (Guided Relaxation) to relax your whole body and mind. No previous experience is required. Ideal for new parents, those recovering  from illness or surgery.  Or those wanting a slow relaxed start to their week.

CORPORATE YOGA- Fee: $145.00 per hour. Yogaways offers qualified and insured dedicated teachers available to teach at your location or ours.

ONE TO ONE TUITION: - Fee $75.00 per hour. In any style. Hatha, Ashtanga, Pre and Post Natal. Deepen your practice and your understanding of Yoga or address certain health issues during a private session. Bookings essential and a cancellation fee applies.
