PM: 6PM. Intro Ashtanga 90mins. 7.30PM. Progressive Hatha 90mins.

WEDNESDAY:

AM: 10AM. Intro Hatha 90mins. 1PM. Pre-Natal 90mins.

PM: 6PM. Progressive Hatha 90mins. 7.30PM. Intro Ashtanga 90mins.

THURSDAY:

AM: 10AM. Progressive Hatha 90mins.

PM: 6PM. Intro Hatha 90mins. 7.30PM. Progressive Ashtanga 90mins.

FRIDAY:

AM: 10AM. Intro Ashtanga 90 mins.

PM: 4.30pm. Ashtanga Mysor.  (Self led practice) under the guidance of a teacher.

SATURDAY:

AM:  8AM. - 11AM. Ashtanga Mysor (Self led practice) under the guidance of Mardi. 11AM. Pre-Natal. 90mins.

PM: Special events or workshops.

SUNDAY:

AM: 9AM. General Hatha 90mins.

PM: Special events or workshops.
